You will act as the technical lead for all process troubleshooting, debottlenecking and concept/feasibility projects delivered by the Malaysia Asset Optimisation practice.

The Graduate Development Programme
Upon joining you'll be assigned a mentor, providing ongoing professional advice and guidance to help you achieve your goals and accelerate your personal development. You will also meet with your manager on a regular basis to review your progress and of course your colleagues will be there to welcome you and ensure you feel part of the team.
Mapped out over 24 months our Graduate Development Programme is designed to build on your existing technical knowledge and through targeted training, equip you with all the technical expertise required to enable you to be successful. Whilst expert technical knowledge is core to our business and forms a fundamental part of your development, your interpersonal capabilities, financial, commercial and project management skills will also be honed, giving you the overall foundations on which to build your career.
