In order to assist GL Noble Denton meet its ambitious growth targets, we are currently looking for a Regional Brand Protection Manager.

The role of Regional Brand Protection Manager (RBPM) is primarily a change facilitator, influencing the group region to continually strive to improve processes, products and procedures from the simple to the complex within and between all the functional groups to ultimately reduce risk.  The role of RBPM is to help to develop the integrated Brand Protection management system, co-ordinate the efforts of Brand Protection team members to foster consistency and continuity throughout the region to ultimately protect the brand.

. To provide leadership in all Brand Protection aspects within the group region.
. Proactively represent the company at customer and industry forums to develop industry standards, raise company profile and customer perceptions.
. Lead the Brand Protection team in region to establish an effective integrated Brand Protection Management System that achieves the standards listed below and in parallel meets regulatory and industry requirements.
. Ensure the development and maintenance of certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BS 18001 standards resulting in superior quality, environmental and health & safety performance.
. Liaise with Group, Corporate and other regions, to foster world-wide continuity and consistency.
. Lead the continual improvement programmes and create a positive influence on customer perceptions, expectations and ultimately customer satisfaction.
. Lead and promote the company's business improvement programme in region and ensure it is fully integrated into all aspects of the operation.
. Ensure emergency and incident reporting procedures/systems are effective and ensure that appropriate verification is in place to measure effectiveness.
. Lead and manage the Brand Protection function within region enabling it to support the full business cycle.
. Manage a performance based Brand Protection infrastructure that is project, commodity and service oriented.
. Promote continual improvement through detailed monitoring and surveillance activities and improvement loop procedures.
. Identify, recommend and report on a selection of primary performance metrics that drive the right behavior in the region and show overall progress, based on Brand Protection aspects, on time delivery, value performance and inventory reduction.
. Promote optimum QC inspection based activities, which achieve defined quality levels, reduced risk and realize product/service.
. Review and facilitate process improvements in all operational areas resulting in improved systems, products and services.
. Establish individual, departmental and business unit training plans to ensure competence.
. Establish a practical hands-on programme of activity, which penetrates all levels of the region.
. Provide a rigorous focus upon investigation to determine actual root cause of problems to derive effective solutions.
. Develop and facilitate customer focus initiatives.
. Assist in development and delivery of the company's health action plan.

Technical / Professional Expertise

. Demonstrated experience in integrated Brand Protection management systems.
. Significant years of experience in QA/QC and HSE engineering.
. Demonstrated relevant experience in successful company-wide strategic planning and improvement implementation.
. Business improvement Black Belt, preferably Master Black Belt.
. A personal track record of significant technical or managerial contribution.
. Good ambassador for company with the ability to work across region boundaries inside and outside company and have strong influencing skills on Brand Protection related matters.
