We are currently looking for a Senior Structural Integrity Engineer. The role will cover detailed offshore structural inspection, damage assessment and risk assessment strategies.

The Senior Structural Integrity Engineer is responsible for providing our clients independent services for ensuring that offshore structures have optimized strategies for integrity management.  Use industry-established standards to assess structural inspection data and advise follow-up intervention options.  Produce high quality proposals, reports and other documentation for customers as required

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, and our business, you will need to demonstrate the following qualification, professional expertise and personal attributes:

Technical / Professional Expertise

• Relevant degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering/Naval Architecture
• Chartered status or working towards it
• Working knowledge of applicable design codes and standards, in particular have a good understanding of the basis and intent of ISO and API for offshore structures
• Experience in structural integrity management for existing structures, involving structural assessment, jacket and topsides (risk based) inspection planning, methods of inspection and inspection procedures
  

Competency Requirements

• Influence projects and operations to ensure completion of effective structural engineering with appropriate regard for long term integrity
• Effective communicator with enhanced oral and written presentation skills
