GL Noble Denton's Jack-up and Geotechnical Department in London is seen internally as a centre of excellence worldwide for site assessments of jack-up drilling rigs drilling conductor assessments and risers.
As a result of increased demand from our customers, we are seeking to expand our capability and capacity in the analysis of jack-up rigs and conductors by appointing an additional structural/mechanical engineer with strong general structural/mechanical engineering analysis capability and interest in the offshore engineering field. FE modelling skills with solid structural and mechanical elements would be a distinct advantage.
The scusseccsful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that projects undert their lead are delivered in accordance with appropriate quality standards and to time and budget. The postholder will also provide management reports to the Practice Manager, incorporating status updates of key projects, highlighting risks, backlog etc.

Seeking a chartered structural/mechanical engineer to perform engineering analysis including jack-up and other offshore structures.
