To help drive our strategy of continued growth we now seek a Principal Structural Engineer to join our office in Houston, Texas.

The role will oversee and manage complicated marine operations. Responsible for engineering review of fixed offshore platform development projects, including construction, load out, transportation, and installation operations for the jacket and modules. Conduct engineering projects and provide design assessments and studies for clients. Oversee all phases of completion of offshore structures and vessels. Assist in marketing and proposal writing and execution of specific projects, as required. Responsible for undertaking and supervising engineering analysis and reviewing work in the field of offshore installation engineering.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, and our business, you will need to demonstrate the following qualification, professional expertise and personal attributes:

Technical / Professional Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Engineeing with 5 years progressive experience in Civil, Structural, Ocean, or Marine Engineering in the offshore oil and gas industry.
